Cindy is a PRC qualified lawyer and the Chief Representative of our Beijing Office.
She has extensive experience in advising clients on a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, in particular advising both foreign and local parties with inbound and outbound transactions relating to the PRC. Cindy also specializes in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, employment and property matters. Cindy also advises clients in a diverse spectrum of industries including property management, manufacturing, electronic trading, retail and distribution, energy and resources.

- Acting for a Hong Kong Company in respect of the acquisition of a real estate project in Huizhou, Guangdong Province, China
- Acting for a Hong Kong Company in respect of the acquisition of a wholly Singapore-owned machinery manufacturing company registered under the Singapore Industrial Park in Wuxi, China
- Acting for a Company listed in Singapore in respect of the acquisition project of real estate in Guiyang, China
- Advising a private corporate group in mainland, China on planning and establishing foreign shareholding structure in BVI and Hong Kong
- Acting for a cross-border e-commerce platform based in mainland, China to design and implement shareholding and financing structure
- Acting for a large state-owned mining group to set up an investment platform in Hong Kong, to develop and implement overseas IP protection programs and to review various investment and financing documents
