Amy is an associate of our Corporate and Commercial Department. She has experience in advising international companies, mainland investors and foreign clients on corporate and commercial transactions and matters, including joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, legal due diligence, employment laws and general commercial contracts. She also advises on intellectual property matters and data privacy issues.
