Vincent To is the Founder and Senior Partner of W K To & Co Solicitors. He has extensive experience in all types of litigation, mediation and arbitration and is a highly regarded lawyer who has dealt with a number of substantial and high profile cases. He sits on the Panel of Arbitrators of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and also the Panel of Arbitrators for the Beijing Arbitration Commission / Beijing International Arbitration Centre, and for the Qingdao, Qianghai and Shantou Arbitration Commission.
