Bill is the Head of Real Estate Department who is deeply experienced in all kinds of property related transactions including sales and purchase of commercial, industrial and residential properties, all types of land arrangements and documents, mortgages and tenancies of properties in Hong Kong.

Bill also acts for clients across all sectors ranging from developers and commercial organizations to other institutions and private individuals in relating to disputes on commercial and residential properties.
