Ronald is experienced in dealing with contentious probate litigation and arbitration.     • Acting for a PRC individual in defending a claim brought by a Taiwanese Bank regarding target redemption forward derivative products
    • Acting for an ex-CEO in successfully defending against a claim made by his multi-billion conglomerate ex-employer regarding the enforceability of restrictive covenants
    • Acting for a renowned gas company in obtaining a permanent injunction order restraining the wrongdoers from converting client’s gas cylinders and attended direct execution of the injunction order against the infringers
    • Acting for the bankruptcy administrators of a PRC company (currently in liquidation) in 124 sets of arbitration proceedings administered by the SIAC under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules
    • Acting for a Taiwanese company listed on TWSE and a BVI company in defending arbitral proceedings administered by the HKIAC involving a contractual dispute brought by a Taiwanese individual
    • Acting for a PRC State Owned Enterprise in an ad hoc arbitration under the Hong Kong Arbitration Ordinance regarding a shipping arrangement
    • Acting for one of the beneficiaries of the estate of a high net worth individual in probate proceedings involving the challenge on the validity of the will and the appointment of administrators 
    • Advising a diamond company and a renowned luxury yacht company on anti-money laundering policy
