On 17 June 2021, W. K. To & Co. and the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (HKICS) co-hosted a webinar on “Email Scams, Phone Frauds and Funds Recovery Actions”. Speakers Vivian Wong, Kenny Chun, and Ronald To analyzed the common features of the latest fraud and scams, and examined the civil procedures for recovery of defrauded money.

The event attracted over 170 HKICS members from major banks, corporate service providers, leading developers, conglomerates and listed companies. The participants found the content insightful and practical.
