Li Yunyan (李芸漹律师), a partner from Borun Law Firm (a member firm of EGLA located in the Harbin, Heilongjiang province) came to visit us on 31st May 2018.   She was warmly received by our lawyers Vincent To and Kenny Chun.  Li gave us an overview about her firm and the legal industry in her region while we also talked her through the legal profession and latest development in Hong Kong.

As for the Belt & Road initiatives, we all agreed that there would be more opportunities for Hong Kong firms to work with PRC lawyers, in particular those from the second tier cities.   Li invited our lawyers to come to Harbin for a visit in a near future as to further consolidate the relationship between both firms.
