On 15 December 2018 (Sat), 20 volunteers from W. K. To & Co. brought a group of elderly from Po Leung Kuk Kwok Law Kwai Chun Home of the Elderly to a Chinese restaurant for lunch to celebrate the Winter Solstice together. This visit was aimed at bringing warmth to the elderly during the festive season, aligning with the firm’s commitment to giving back to the community where we operate.

The event was filled with fun and laughter, the “Guess Who” game was definitely the highlight as the volunteers teamed up with the elders to identify the celebrities from the 50s till present. Gifts were also given away via another game “Musical Balloon”. We all enjoyed the sumptuous meal as well as the fellowship with these healthy elderly people.

As an established local law firm in Hong Kong, we are always committed to helping those underprivileged and needy in our society and we are pleased to be involved in this volunteer service again in collaboration with Po Leung Kuk.
