Our litigation team’s Vivian Wong and Kenny Chun delivered a seminar on “Shareholders Disputes – Practical Tips on the Rights & Remedies” on 4 Dec 2018 which was attended by over 100 audience.

Vivian and Kenny presented on an overview of the common shareholders’ disputes, court remedies available to shareholders, minority shareholders’ protection and the preventive measures for such disputes such as having well-drafted Articles of Association and Shareholders' Agreements in place.
