Tai Siu Ching is a Partner of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. He has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation and has handled a substantial number of property-related disputes between property developers and landowners and high profile defamation cases involving local celebrities.

He serves as a member of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal Panel of the Law Society of Hong Kong and the Building Ordinance and Regulations Appeals Tribunal Panel. He is currently the Legal Advisor of the Motor Transport Workers General Union.
